I have created this website to share with you some of the inspirational thoughts from the non-physical team (the team is known as Jerama) that work with me, along with my own inner knowing to help bring about a deeper understanding and connection to our true nature. This guidance is referred to as Timeless Teachings because they transcend time and beliefs, providing potential for greater fulfillment in your life by achieving a better understanding of yourself through a deeper connection to your inner spirit, your inner self. A self that wants the very best for you without the constraints of the past or of others negativity and without any limiting thoughts. Through these teachings you will gain greater insight to connect in ever stronger ways to your true nature to find the joy in all that you do and currently have, helping you to create the life you want.

I was born in America, moving to the United Kingdom when four months old where I grew up in London. From a young age I became involved with the spiritual aspects of life when attending Spiritualist churches. Becoming more fully interactive with spirit during my teenage years, sitting in development circles initially at home with three generations of family, that included my grandma, mum, aunt and sister, in the late 1970’s. This developed further by attending several Spiritualist centers in London after meeting my future wife Caroline. My natural healing and spirit communication abilities were enhanced when I became a qualified Reiki Master and Reflexologist, professionally practicing these modalities as well as running development classes with Caroline for Reiki, meditation and spirit awareness alongside my work in the construction industry. In my early years of development circles I experienced some profound transfiguration which progressed to the phenomenon of trance and channeling becoming ever stronger. In the 1990’s I began giving trance/channeled talks to large public groups as well as smaller groups. These seminars and workshops focused on assisting individuals to have a stronger connection and resonance with the guidance and purpose of their soul. They provided teachings in a loving environment to create an improved sense of self empowerment and encouraging each individual’s inner wisdom to unfold with a greater clarity.
